Manager, Fraud Risk Management

Audient Group, LLC is accepting applications on a rolling basis for experienced Managers. As a Manager, you will lead fast paced and dynamic engagement teams of consultants in designing, implementing, and delivering risk management solutions for federal, state, and local government clients. Leveraging your deep knowledge and experience of the Government Accountability Office (GAO) Framework for Managing Fraud Risk in Federal Programs, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123, and other leading practices, you will provide expert and high-quality strategic guidance, reports, policy documents, methodologies, and training for emerging issues and approaches related to managing fraud risk and preventing, detecting, and responding to fraud. Your role will require relationship building with clients, leading teams, and project management, but will extend beyond this to critical thinking, strategic planning, and business development.

 

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
  • Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • U.S. citizenship

 

Qualified candidates are preferred to have:

  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Degree/Majors Preferred: Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Public Policy, Computer Science/Computer Information Systems
  • Demonstrated experience in fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and response; fraud risk management; financial crimes; or a related field
  • Familiarity with the GAO Fraud Risk Management Framework and OMB Circular A-123
  • Experience in leading teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consulting, professional services firm, or client facing roles
  • Experience in managing federal, state, or local consulting engagements
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior employees
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to foster and manage client relationships
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem solving skills
